We recently had our rcd trip over on the weklekend. Cosmin responded quickly and was able to fix the fault after throughly checking for various issues.He was very professional and provided a sugesstion for rewiring as well as upgrading the fuse box to narrow down fault issues and keep the home with electric supply even though i of the lines is faulty.wired and we couldn't be happier with the service. He mentioned even if it tripped again, he will come atound and fix it, but it was not needed. He was 1) flexible, accommodating our schedule and needs without any hassle; 2) professional, ensuring everything was done to the highest standard; and 3) solution-oriented, always finding the best ways to address any challenges that arose. I was recommend Cosmin by another company on the off chance as my usual Electrician was away and time was of the essence as I needed to move quickly due to flooring work. I’m so glad I met and connected with Cosmin and Sebastian. Not only did Cosmin come to look at the work right on time as promised after working hours, he explained everything clearly and provided advice which I needed, he was also available the next day on a Saturday. They worked fast, were very friendly, reassuring and professional and I also asked for some extra work which wasn’t planned. Excellent service provided by Cosmin and the team in installing spotlights and dimmer switches in our hallway and bedroom. They patiently and professionally answered the many questions I had, and we're very prompt in arranging a date to carry out the works. On the day they were very professional, and polite and got on with the job. Cosmin came to the rescue. I felt awful having to call out an electrician on a Saturday night after my kitchen electrics went out. He was very gracious and immediately came to have a look at the problem.He found the problem quickly and did some additional testing on the sockets to make sure everything was in good working order. Cosmin was very professional and did an excellent job in upgrading the old fuse box of our house. During installation, he quickly identifed fault in our existing ciruit and offered a solution, but he had to order additional parts and return later.
